What this website collects

This website does not use accounts, forms, analytics, advertising or tracking. It does not set cookies. I do not collect personal data through the website itself.

The website is delivered by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect against abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

When you contact me

If you email, call or message me (including through WhatsApp or LinkedIn), I use the details you share only to reply to you and to carry out the work you ask about. I keep them for as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law (for example for invoicing), and I do not sell or share them for marketing.

MIP

MIP (mip.berttimmers.nl) is a separate application for registered users. Personal data in MIP is handled within that application for the customer who uses it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to object to processing. Email me to exercise these rights. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
